• Specialty Backup Available: OB/GYN (in-house 24/7), Pediatric Hospitalist

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses: Active RN and APRN license in TX
  
• Board: Active certification with AMCB
  
• Certifications: BLS, NRP
  
• Experience: Minimum 2 years experience managing intrapartum and postpartum care preferred
  
• Other Qualifications: Shared decision making, holistic care approach, strong communication skills
  

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide comprehensive prenatal care, monitor fetal health, and manage labor progress.
  
• Support natural childbirth techniques and manage pain relief options including epidurals.
  
• Perform deliveries, provide first assist in surgical procedures, and manage medical interventions.
  
• Deliver postpartum and newborn care, including recovery assessment and lactation support.
  
• Collaborate with in-house OB/GYN, CNM team, and Pediatric Hospitalist for optimal patient outcomes.
