Overview
A rapidly growing SaaS technology company is seeking a Technical Recruiting Coordinator to support a high-volume recruiting team during a period of significant growth. This individual will play a critical role in coordinating interviews, managing candidate logistics, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
The ideal candidate comes from a SaaS or technology environment, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and has experience supporting multiple technical searches simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule high-volume interviews across multiple teams and hiring managers
- Support recruiters throughout the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and corporate hiring
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates during the interview process
- Manage complex interview scheduling and calendar coordination
- Maintain candidate records and ATS data accuracy
- Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams to keep hiring processes moving efficiently
- Coordinate background checks, offer logistics, and onboarding activities
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience from application through hire
- Assist with recruiting operations and process improvement initiatives as the organization continues to scale
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3 years of Recruiting Coordinator experience in a tech-based environment
- Experience within a SaaS, software, startup, or technology-driven environment
- Proven success in a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environment
- Experience supporting multiple concurrent requisitions and interview processes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience utilizing ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or similar systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday in Marina Del Rey
