Shift Manager – McDonald’s We are looking for a dedicated Shift Manager to lead our restaurant team, ensuring customers receive a fast, friendly, and accurate experience every visit. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a passion for a fast‑paced environment. Employment Details This position is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee will be your employer, responsible for all employment matters. Key Responsibilities Lead shifts every week, ensuring great quality, service, and cleanliness. Plan shift schedules, monitor team performance, and take corrective action to meet McDonald’s standards. Ensure safety, security, and profitability, and communicate shift status to the next manager. Help departments meet their goals during the shift. Manage daily maintenance and cleanliness, inventory, and quality food production. Provide exceptional customer service and effective training to crew. Maintain food safety, internal communications, and scheduling. Qualifications Preferable prior leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting. Positive team player with a flexible schedule and enthusiasm for a fast‑paced environment. Must be 18 years or older. Benefits Paid vacation after 1 year (2 vacations after 10 years).
