PT/ Every Other Weekend (EOW) - Direct Support Professional-Baltimore County/ Tyburn Baltimore County, MD, USA Job Description Posted Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at 4:00 AM PT/ Every Other Weekend (EOW) - Direct Support Professional (DSP) Rate of Pay $23/hr FLSA Status- Non-exempt $500.00 Sign-On Bonus!!! We are seeking a Part -Time Every Other Weekend Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide hands‑on care to individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities providing assistance with personal hygiene, activities/outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking, and cleaning. This position is Every Other Weekend Saturday & Sunday 9am-11pm (working with women) Job Responsibilities: Assisting with participation and exploration of the community Cultivating and expanding independent living skills Provide assistance with personal hygiene, activities/outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking, and cleaning. ($22 +$1=$23/hr.) $500.00 Sign-On Bonus Pay Out Structure:$250 – First Day; $250 – after three months (You must remain in the designated position for the time intervals specified above to qualify for the bonus payout.
