Salary: $57,000/yr

We are hiring a Pre-Licensed Therapist to provide mental health support to children and adolescents in a school-based setting. This part-time role is perfect for someone early in their therapy career who wants hands-on experience under the supervision of licensed professionals.

What You'll Do:

• Provide individual, family, and group counseling to students using evidence-based practices
• Perform assessments and help develop Initial Treatment Plans, Relapse Prevention Plans, and Support Plans
• Lead therapy groups and offer individualized supportive counseling
• Participate in team meetings and coordinate care with schools and families
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Work under the supervision and license of a FREE clinical professional

What You'll Need:

• Master's degree in a human services field
• At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with behavioral health diagnoses
• Valid driver's license
• Must obtain LMHC or LMSW licensure within 6 months of hire
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills

The day-to-day demands of this role require an extreme level of patience and de-escalation that may not align with your personal strengths or current coping strategies.
