Philippine International Church ([email protected]) , a Southern Baptist affiliated church located in Taylor, MI, is seeking a full-time senior pastor after the retirement of our previous leadership. Only male applicants will be considered (1 Timothy 3;1-7). PIC Taylor is an ethnically-diverse congregation, so multicultural experience would be beneficial. All services are in English.
We are searching for a pastor who has a formal education and theological background (Bachelors or Masters in Theology/Divinity preferred, but not required); agrees with the Baptist Faith & Message; demonstrates a sincere love for all the flock, manifests and maintains a sincere dependence upon God and the leading of His Spirit; commits himself to the Word of God; has a heart to share the Gospel and lead lost souls to Christ; shepherds the believers; possesses leadership skills; is mission-minded; and meets the qualifications seen in 1 Peter 5:1-4, 1 Timothy 3:1-7, 1 Peter 5:1-4 and Titus 1:5-9.
