Your Role - What Awaits You

• Conduct both routine and specialized laboratory tests in areas such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology, all while adhering to established guidelines.

• Participate in specimen collection when necessary and help prepare samples effectively for testing.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all processes, providing mentorship to new staff or students, and enforcing high lab quality standards.
• Uphold a clean and safe workspace while complying with all regulatory and accreditation regulations.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a relevant allied health degree that prepares you for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certification Requirements

• Obtain ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within your first year of employment.
• Maintain your certification throughout your tenure.
