Position Summary

Provide Tier I/II desktop operating systems and application support to end user base. Monitor help desk phone, email, and support ticketing system to receive, record and resolve issues.

Essential Functions:

Supporting the COPT Service Center with ticket management, endpoint management/imaging systems, and Tier 1 support to end users.
Support the network engineers in basic network administration tasks (we have an ongoing network redesign project underway).

Secondary Responsibilities:

Other job-related duties as assigned.
Assist in Asset Management of IT equipment.

Qualifications:

Rising junior or senior majoring in a relevant field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook) and ability to learn company specific software.
Strong analytical, technical

Pay: $18.00 per hour.
