A dynamic and highly private family office based in Boca Raton is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive, high-touch support to two ultra-high-net-worth principals, with most of the support surrounding the daughter and some support to her father. This role is truly a “right hand” position — the person who keeps every moving part of a busy, multi-residence household running smoothly. The role is local remote, working sometimes in the home or remotely with the balance shifting based on what is happening at any given time.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience supporting UHNW principals or family office, a sophisticated high end service mindset, and the discretion and judgment that come with working inside a private home. This is not a 9-to-5 role — it is a career role for someone who thrives on being the force multiplier for principals who have a great deal on their plates.

About the Job:

• Support the principals with all day-to-day matters, including complex personal calendar management, prioritizing and triaging an active inbox, and drafting and responding to correspondence on their behalf.
• Anticipate the needs of both principals and act as a true force multiplier — actively taking work off their plates before it reaches them.
• Manage domestic and international travel, including private charter jets and commercial flights, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries.
• Coordinate schedules and logistics across multiple residences in Boca Raton, California, and London — the third being a city one principal lived in for years and returns to often.
• Track and manage the schedules of the principals’ two daughters: one living in London and one in high school in Boca Raton.
• Provide support around the principal’s art collection and interior design work, including coordinating with galleries, dealers and designers.
• Support the principal’s philanthropic causes and initiatives, including event coordination and correspondence
• Manage household operations, including coordinating with contractors, repair people, staff, and vendors to ensure the home runs smoothly.
• Run errands, manage vehicles and insurance, doctors’ appointments
• Plan high-end lunches, dinners and events for the family.
• Handle personal correspondence — emails, letters, and phone calls — prioritizing and responding on behalf of the principals when needed.
• Handle expense reporting
• Catalogue the principal’s clothing, shoes and handbags to keep track for traveling purposes
• Assist with ad hoc projects as they arise.
• Off-hours availability via cell, within reason.

About You

• At least 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant supporting a UHNW principal or family office; experience in the hospitality space a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Genuinely a dog lover — the household includes 2 adorable small dogs so comfort with them is a must. Dogs may also need to be walked at times and brought to the vet.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; tech, AI savvy
• Ability to run projects from start to finish
• Handle highly sensitive information with absolute discretion.
