Personal Assistant

Our client, a private family based in Delray Beach, is seeking a Senior-Level Personal Assistant to provide hands‑on, on‑site support within a well‑structured household environment. This is a Part‑Time role (15–30 hours/week) to start, with strong potential to grow into a Full‑Time, long‑term opportunity for the right fit. This position is not estate management or executive‑level corporate support. Instead, we’re looking for an experienced Personal Assistant who thrives in a private home setting and enjoys being the go‑to, on‑the‑ground support partner. What You’ll Be Doing: Managing personal calendars, appointments, and scheduling logistics Coordinating with vendors and working alongside an existing Property Manager Partnering with a West Coast‑based EA to ensure seamless alignment Overseeing household bill pay and light financial administration Supporting day‑to‑day household flow, including collaboration with a nanny Handling errands, service provider coordination, and personal tasks What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of experience as a Senior Personal Assistant in a private household Experience working within a staffed home environment Highly organized, discreet, and emotionally intelligent Proactive, calm under pressure, and comfortable taking ownership Local to Delray Beach or commutable Compensation is flexible for the right long‑term fit. #J-18808-Ljbffr Career Group
