Our agency is one of the fastest growing Farmers agencies in Missouri and we are looking for motivated individuals who want more than just a job. This role is designed for someone who wants to learn the insurance industry from the ground up while building the skills needed to run an agency. As an Agent in Training, you will work directly alongside our agency team learning sales, client service, and agency operations. You will gain hands on experience helping clients protect what matters most through Auto, Home, Business, and Life Insurance Solutions.
