Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify clients' insurance needs. Present and explain insurance policies to prospective clients. Thrive in a lead-driven environment with NO COLD CALLING! What We’re Looking For Self-motivated individuals with a results-driven mindset. Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently. Must be at least 18 years of age.
