Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)

  Location: Active Life Physical Therapy - Clifton, NJ 
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible hours available

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy programs

• Use evidence-based techniques to improve mobility, strength, and function

• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and at-home care

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR

• Collaborate with physicians, other PTs, and support staff to ensure continuity of care

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to clinic growth and improvement

Qualifications:

• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

• Current NJ Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain)

• New grads welcome; mentorship provided

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
