Main Street, Delphos, OH 45833Shift: 2nd Shift Schedule: Monday to Thursday | 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM (Training on 1st Shift) Pay Range: $26.00 to $33.00 or more per hour + Shift Premium Overtime available! Overall you'll be looking at $68,000-$75,000 per yearWhat You'll Do:Perform maintenance and repairs on production equipmentTroubleshoot mechanical and electrical issuesComplete preventive maintenance tasksHelp install and maintain machinery and equipmentSupport facility maintenance as neededFollow safety procedures and maintain a clean work areaWhat You'll Bring:High School Diploma or equivalentPrevious maintenance, mechanical, industrial, automotive, or related hands-on experienceStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsAbility to use hand and power toolsBasic computer skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBonus Points For:Experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenanceElectrical, mechanical, HVAC, or maintenance certificationsExperience reading blueprints, schematics, or technical drawingsFamiliarity with PLCs, motors, conveyors, or automated equipmentWork Environment & Physical Demands:This position works in a manufacturing environment that may be hot, dusty, and noisy. Must be comfortable standing for extended periods, performing repetitive tasks, and lifting heavy materials.
