Financial Accountant - Government Contractors

We are looking for new financial accountants to join our growing organization. We are seeking detail-oriented financial accountants who will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records for multiple clients. Your ability to manage client relationships, handle client concerns, and provide timely financial reporting will be crucial to our clients' satisfaction and our company's success. Requirements Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum of 1-2 years Accounting and bookkeeping experience Proficiency in QuickBooks or other accounting software Experience managing multiple clients Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work during normal business hours to support our clients Responsibilities Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for multiple clients Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements Reconcile bank and credit card accounts Manage accounts payable and receivable processes Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations Assist with budgeting and forecasting Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Assist with client projects Assist with year-end close and tax filings as needed Benefits We want you to have the work/life balance you desire We offer a competitive salary and flexible leave.
