Acara Solutions is seeking a Sr. Commercial Construction Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and manage commercial construction projects specifically related to vertical builds with 4+ story projects , with responsibility for project cost, schedule, quality, subcontractors, documentation, and client communication.

About the Opportunity:

• Manage project contracts, subcontracts, scopes, negotiations, and compliance.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, project documentation, and reporting.
• Coordinate owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, crews, and internal teams.
• Procure long-lead materials and equipment and coordinate project requirements.
• Monitor project progress, field quantities, costs, and productivity.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve construction issues.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Coordinate permits and communicate with governing agencies.
• Track timecards, field logs, project costs, payables, receivables, and monthly progress payments.
• Maintain accurate project files, correspondence, subcontractor agreements, and related documentation.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with owners, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• 4 years minimum of commercial/vertical construction project management experience; experience with 4+ story projects required.

What Sets You Apart:

• Broad knowledge of construction methods and commercial construction practices.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, cost-control, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and on active construction sites.
• Ability to walk construction sites and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
