**Exciting Opportunity for a Radiation Therapist!** **Job Description:** - **Work Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM - **Start Date:** ASAP - **Essential Qualifications:** - Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) - Current American Heart - Basic Life Support (BLS) card - Must have New Mexico Licensure upon hire - **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide radiation therapy to patients as prescribed, adhering to established practices and standards - Review prescriptions and diagnoses to ensure comprehensive care - Act as a liaison between providers and support staff - Prepare equipment, including immobilization devices and treatment/protection devices - Maintain precise records, reports, and files - Assist in the localization of tumors and dosimetry procedures - **Core Values:** - Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide tailored services based on physical, psychosocial, educational, and safety criteria for the assigned population - Maintain required core competencies - Comply with set Policies and Procedures (e.g., name tag, dress code, parking, smoking, etc.) - **Educational Requirements:** - Graduate of a Committee on Allied Health Education accredited radiology program or equivalent - **Experience:** - 2 to 5 years of clinical experience preferred - IMRT experience, LDR/HDR experience preferred **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
