If you are ambitious and ready to compete in a role that offers growth and outstanding opportunities, this is the perfect fit for you!What You'll DoFollow established workflows to determine the accurate disposition of materials upon receipt.Conduct 100% inspection and verification on all RMAs.Reconcile EGM serial numbers upon receipt.Conduct initial research on discrepancies and bring them up if needed.Collaborate with Order Planning, Technical Services, and Business Operations to resolve RMA issues.Apply warehouse management and shipping systems for managing material flow and disposition.Operate material handling equipment to support global distribution and manufacturing operations.Conduct basic RMA discrepancy troubleshooting and scrapping.Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with established workflows.Perform other duties as assigned.What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent required.At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or equivalent environment preferred.Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends when necessary.Basic mathematical, literacy, and data processing skills.Proficiency with standard hand tools such as socket wrenches, screwdrivers, and nut drivers.Familiarity with electronic circuits, components, and industry standards is preferred.Basic computer and electronics troubleshooting experience is preferred.Ability to operate testing equipment and take basic measurements.Knowledge of ESD practices, lean manufacturing, and 6S techniques is preferred.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment and independently.Understanding and adherence to ISO/Quality standards.Highly responsible, diligent, and mindful of regulatory implications.Environmental DemandsSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, the ability to distinguish colors, and the ability to adjust focus.Reasonable accommodations will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.The employee is occasionally required to lift, move, and control up to 500 pounds with the aid of dollies or machine carts.
