Responsibilities As an Executive Secretariat, you will provide support to ONI N6's Chief Data Officer and participate in and support all related activities and sub-activities. Current examples include but are not limited to: organize and coordinate tasks and meetings, assist with task planning, and track the status of assigned tasks. Specific responsibilities will include:

• Provides project management support to Chief Data Officer-led activities
• Schedules appointments, coordinates meetings, prepares agendas, takes minutes, and manages information using software programs and other communications tools
• Provides expert advice and planning support on coordination, communication, and information dissemination with and to other elements
• Drafts, edits, and formats documents, reports, and correspondence, and maintains electronic and hard-copy filing systems
• Acts as primary point of contact, handles inquiries, and collaborates between executives and departments for task execution
• Provide support as requested to other activities, projects, workshops, and exercises, per the direction of the Chief Data Officer as time and workload permits
• Monitors and responds to messaging on unclassified and classified networks

Qualifications Education / Certifications :

• Associate degree (desired) or High School Degree with minimum of 5-years of experience in a similar position

Experience :

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an executive administrative officer or assistant in a DoD office, supporting senior-level clients
• Demonstrated experience in project coordination and tasking support
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience in providing support to planning/plans development and related follow-on activities
• Minimum 3 years of proficiency with MS Office software programs (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, and Publisher)
• Knowledge and experience working in DoD/Intelligence Community environment
• Active TS/SCI clearance is required for this opportunity
