Lead Process Engineer — Lean, GMP, Bonus Eligible

As the Process Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and enhancing manufacturing processes while partnering closely with cross‑functional teams. Profile For the Process Engineer position, we are seeking: A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related technical discipline 7+ years of experience in process improvement or operational excellence roles Experience in regulated manufacturing (pharma, food, nutraceuticals, or medical devices preferred) Professional Lean/Six Sigma certification Proven ability to lead improvement projects with measurable outcomes Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven mindset Familiarity with GMP, FDA regulations, ISO standards, automation, process control systems, or MES Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across levels Job Offer Competitive salary range of $80000 to $120000, depending on experience. 10% performance‑based bonus.
