Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct supervision to practicum students who are pursuing their clinical licenses or completing their Master’s degree programs, ensuring their learning is impactful and aligned with best practices.

• Deliver quality psychotherapy services tailored to individuals, couples, and families, addressing diverse mental health issues with compassion and expertise.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals and community resources to build comprehensive treatment plans that enhance client outcomes.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment strategies based on clients' unique needs and progress, regularly adjusting these plans as necessary.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulations.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying updated on current research, methodologies, and evidence-based practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will work primarily with diverse patients across various demographic backgrounds in Kennewick, Washington. The role focuses on treating individuals, couples, and families, helping them navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. By offering a safe and nurturing space, our counselors empower clients to explore their feelings and work toward meaningful change.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active state license as a mental health professional (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) is required.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related mental health field is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 52,000 to 100,000 per year, reflecting experience and performance.
