Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and more.

• Create individualized treatment plans based on clinical judgment and established best practices, utilizing the tools available on our platform.
\n
• Provide therapeutic interventions via multiple mediums—video sessions, instant messaging, and structured goal-tracking sessions—tailored to fit the needs of your clients.

• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans to ensure optimal progress, maintaining detailed clinical notes and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage with a wide network of over 10,000 therapists within the platform, fostering a supportive professional community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a unique patient demographic—low acuity adults who are seeking help for specific mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or grief counseling. We carefully screen patients to ensure that those who are referred to you are stable and appropriate for online therapeutic modalities, enhancing the effectiveness of your care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or PsyD in the state of Washington.
\n
• A reliable internet connection and a dedicated workstation equipped with a desktop or laptop computer (tablets are not suitable).
\n
• Strong communication skills and the ability to utilize technology in the delivery of care.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in telehealth counseling is highly desirable.

• Experience working with low acuity patients and an understanding of their unique needs.

• A background in diverse therapeutic techniques to better tailor sessions to individual client requirements.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year for full-time counselors, commensurate with experience.
