Work Environment This position is entirely remote, allowing you to set your own schedule with no minimum hour requirements. Our supportive administrative team will take care of billing and scheduling, allowing you to focus entirely on patient care. As part of a community health clinic, you will collaborate with a team committed to providing exceptional mental health resources tailored to the needs of each client. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans focusing on alcohol-related challenges. Utilize therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing to support clients in their recovery journey. Set your own availability, ensuring a healthy work-life balance while receiving payment for late cancellations or no-shows. Collaborate with our Content Manager on optional “Expert Insights” contributions to enhance community education. Participate in leading optional support groups designed to foster group therapy dynamics. Stay abreast of community recovery support options and encouraging clients to integrate these resources into their recovery process. Engage with our Clinical Operations Team when needed, ensuring you have the support to deliver the highest quality of care. Patient Population / Client Focus Our clientele primarily consists of individuals seeking support for alcohol use concerns, ranging from those looking to moderate their consumption to those pursuing abstinence. Understanding the continuum of care, you will tail aside compassion and evidence-based strategies, catering to the diverse needs and goals of each client. Qualifications Current licensure as a LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW in the state of Washington is required. A Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field. Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing. Ability to empathically engage with clients while maintaining professional boundaries. Understanding of harm-reduction principles, facilitating discussions around moderation in treatment. Knowledge of community recovery support systems (AA, Smart Recovery, etc.) to support patient interests. Preferred Experience Experience in a community health setting or similar environment is preferred. Prior work with clients on alcohol use disorders or co-occurring mental health issues is advantageous. Familiarity with digital platforms for telehealth service delivery. Compensation and Benefits This position offers an annual salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonuses.
