Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to understand client needs and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect their goals and progress.

• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions tailored to address a range of mental health issues, utilizing evidence-based practices that are proven effective.

• Maintain meticulous records, including clinical and progress notes, in compliance with organizational standards and legal requirements to ensure continuity of care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes physicians, social workers, and behavioral health specialists to create comprehensive care strategies for clients.

• Offer crisis intervention and support, addressing acute emotional and behavioral challenges faced by clients, including implementing immediate coping strategies as needed.

• Engage family members and support systems in the treatment process, facilitating communication and cooperation regarding client treatment plans and discharge procedures.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse group of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families, facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Your expertise will be crucial in creating a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, ultimately guiding them toward healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or equivalent.

• A minimum of three years of experience providing mental health services in an outpatient setting, demonstrating a sound grasp of therapeutic approaches.

• Proficient in utilizing electronic health record systems and standard office software, such as MS Office, to efficiently manage client documentation and communication.

Compensation and Benefits\n
