Retail Sales Consultant

Overview It’s time to take your sales career to the next level. Every day you’ll be at the center of it all. Create meaningful connections with every customer through personalized sales expertise, using AT&T’s full suite of products. Responsibilities Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through options. Engage the community through events, fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends (schedules released 2 weeks in advance). Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to evolving technology and customer needs. Qualifications Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? Training, tools and coaching will be provided. Strong drive and passion for helping people. Compensation Hourly rate: $16.18–$20.31 plus commissions. Full commission potential elevates top sellers to $62,460 per year.
