Position Overview We are seeking a high-performing Front Desk Patient Coordinator with a strong background in medical aesthetics, sales, and customer service . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume med spa environment , is detail-oriented, and is passionate about delivering luxury-level service while achieving measurable results. Requirements Minimum 3+ years experience in a fast-paced medical spa environment Minimum 3+ years in sales and customer service Proven ability to deliver 5-star customer service consistently Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Must be reliable, flexible, and dependable Ability to work 25–38 hours per week + overtime when needed Must be available to work any day Monday–Saturday Positive attitude, team player, and professional demeanor Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a results-driven environment Required Experience & Knowledge Booking and managing appointments for: Botox & Dermal Fillers Laser Treatments (CO2, Erbium, RF, etc.) CoolSculpting & Body Contouring Morpheus8 & advanced skin treatments Understanding of consultation flow and patient journey Experience with: Pre-booking & retention strategies Upselling treatments and packages Selling memberships and retail products Comfortable discussing pricing, promotions, and treatment plans Key Responsibilities Deliver an exceptional, luxury-level patient experience from first contact to checkout Answer phones, respond to leads, and convert inquiries into booked consultations Achieve and exceed monthly KPI goals (booking rate, conversion rate, retail sales, etc.) Maintain accurate patient records and scheduling Coordinate with providers and team members to ensure seamless operations Promote current specials, memberships, and treatment plans What We’re Looking For Someone who is motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable A team player who gets along with staff, clients, and leadership Passionate about aesthetics, beauty, and helping clients feel confident Looking for a long-term position with growth opportunities Why Join Suddenly Slimmer Med Spa?
