Responsibilities Serve as both a clinical leader and mentor, helping drive program success and positive client outcomes; Lead and support a team of SUD clinicians through coaching, supervision, and performance development; Foster a holistic, strengths‑based approach to treatment, including family engagement and coordinated care; Oversee program operations, including staffing, caseload management, and service delivery quality; Monitor productivity, program performance, and key outcomes to ensure high‑quality care; Partner with leadership on hiring, training, and ongoing staff development; Ensure compliance with documentation standards, managed care requirements, and quality assurance expectations; Build relationships with community partners and support local outreach and program visibility; Help maintain a collaborative, mission‑driven culture across teams. Qualifications Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field required; Minimum 2 years of clinical experience working with individuals with substance use disorders; Demonstrated experience supervising or mentoring clinical staff; CAADC or equivalent credential required (expected); Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS or CCS‑M) preferred or actively working toward certification; Strong knowledge of SUD treatment approaches, including ASAM criteria and best practices; Ability to lead with empathy, accountability, and collaboration.
