Property Bookkeeper - Real Estate Finances & Vendors
Greystar
Greystar in San Diego, CA seeks a Bookkeeper to manage tenant accounts, vendor payments, and related clerical tasks. You will prepare expenditure reports, balance ledgers, and generate end-of-month statements with careful attention to detail and proper documentation.
Three to five years of bookkeeping or accounting experience is required, and bilingual abilities are preferred. Experience with Yardi or CRM systems is a plus.
