Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to drive census growth and brand expansion across North Texas. This role leads sales strategy, referral development, and community outreach while guiding families through the admissions process with professionalism and empathy. Key Responsibilities Drive occupancy growth across boutique assisted living and memory care communities Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, social workers, and case managers Guide prospective residents and families through a consultative admissions process Execute sales and marketing strategies, outreach events, and community partnerships Manage leads, pipelines, and follow-ups using CRM systems Represent and communicate the GrandView Advantage in the market Qualifications 5+ years of sales success in Senior Living, Hospice, or Home Health (preferred) Proven census growth and relationship development experience in North Texas Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills CRM experience (Sherpa, Enquire, HubSpot, or similar) Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred Why Join GrandView Gardens?
