We put in long hours at high intensity to push the frontier forward.Role ScopeOwn manufacturing engineering for integration and assembly: mechanical, electrical, and controls fit-out of modules at takt.Build the assembly process: station design, sequence, torque and test standards, and line balance.Launch new module configurations without breaking the line: change management from ECO to floor.Attack the ramp curve: hours per unit down and first-pass yield up, week over week.What We're Looking ForThe below is a starting point.
