About the role: Aave Labs is looking for a Video Editor to create engaging, high-quality video content across our social and digital channels. You'll work closely with the Marketing team to bring Aave's products, ecosystem and brand to life through video. From short-form social content and product launches to events, interviews and longer-form storytelling, you'll help shape how Aave communicates through video. This is a hands‑on role for someone with strong creative instincts who understands how to create content that feels native to social and can turn complex ideas into clear, engaging stories. How you can make an impact: Edit high-quality video content across Aave's social and digital channels Create content across product launches, campaigns, events, interviews and the wider Aave ecosystem Turn raw footage and creative concepts into engaging edits with strong hooks, pacing and storytelling Work closely with Marketing, Design and other teams to bring creative ideas to life Adapt content and formats based on platform, audience and performance Stay on top of social trends, editing styles and emerging content formats Help evolve Aave's video style and maintain a consistently high creative standard Let's connect if you have: Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality video editing and storytelling Experience creating content for social and digital channels Strong proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or equivalent Good understanding of pacing, hooks, retention, sound and visual storytelling Strong understanding of social platforms and internet culture Ability to work quickly across multiple projects in a fast-moving environment Strong attention to detail and creative judgement Interest in crypto, DeFi and the Aave ecosystem Equal opportunities statement: Aave Labs celebrates diversity and views each and every team member as a separate individual with their own unique identity.
