Responsibilities Through leadership, delegate, train, and monitor the progress of all associates and all facets of the hardware store. Manage the sales, expenses, profits, assets, and team member development to ensure customers receive the highest level of customer service. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of previous retail management experience. We are looking for qualified individuals for roles of keyholder with future possibilities evolving into assistant manager and store manager. Ace Hardware is an Equal Opportunity employer and a Drug-Free environment. Ability to lift 40 pounds consistently, stand and walk for up to 8 hours during a shift, and have a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Retail Leadership position. Compensation and Schedule Pay rate is $13.00 to $16.00, depending on experience level. Minimum of 25 hours per week for a Part-Time Keyholder Position, and 40 hours per week for a Full-Time position. Excellent advancement opportunities, as ownership stores count is expanding rapidly.
