Responsibilities Assist QuickBooks customers with questions about QuickBooks Online Advanced, Payroll and Payments. In this role, you’ll provide guidance, troubleshoot issues, and help customers navigate the platform to find the right solutions. Proficiency in QuickBooks required. Call types can include: Software functionality and navigation Account management QuickBooks Online Payments Payroll support Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues Guidance on relevant QuickBooks products (cross-selling when applicable) Why Become a Working Solutions PRO? Comfortable cross-selling when relevant. Tech savvy and avid computer user. Monday - Friday (8am-8pm) Work Environment Requirements Quiet, uninterrupted space Organized desk area Technology Requirements Personal computer (no tablet) Broadband internet connection, at least 10 Mbps download speed Wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet) Windows 11 operating system Valid antivirus software installed, running and up to date Wired USB headset with microphone Mac users: Mac acceptance is limited to Intel-based machines with Windows 11 installed via Apple’s Boot Camp utility.
