Customer Logistics ManagerReporting to the Senior Director of Customer Logistics, you will lead the team responsible for end-to-end order execution and collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment responsibilities for key retail customers. You will oversee daily operations and team performance to ensure orders are managed accurately and service expectations are consistently met. You will partner with cross-functional teams across supply chain, sales, and customers to resolve issues, improve execution, and ensure product flow. You will use data and insights to identify opportunities, influence decisions, and strengthen planning and execution processes while developing team members and driving continuous improvement.A Taste of Your ResponsibilitiesOversee end-to-end order execution and daily operational work for key retail customers, ensuring accuracy, timely issue resolution, and consistent service deliveryLead collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment strategy and execution, translating customer data, trends, and priorities into actionable supply chain plansMonitor performance metrics and develop recommendations that drive resolution, improve service, and enhance operational efficiencyInterpret data to identify risks and opportunities, and communicate clear, actionable insights to leadershipLead team members and partners through planning initiatives, ensuring accountability, alignment, and measurable business impactDefine business processes and implement improvements to strengthen execution and efficiencyComplete projects on time, within budget, and with high quality, holding team members accountable for deliverablesManage direct reports, including hiring, training, performance management, and developmentDevelop team capabilities through coaching, feedback, and structured development opportunitiesLead and support outsourced partners by setting expectations, aligning priorities, and driving consistent execution across geographiesAct as an escalation point to resolve conflicts and remove barriers for internal and external partnersDemonstrate Conagra's values of Integrity, External Focus, Broad-mindedness, Agility, Leadership, and Results while fostering a positive and inclusive team cultureIngredients Required for Your SuccessBachelor's degree in business related field3+ years of supply chain experience3+ years people management experience preferredStrong communication, organization, and planning skillsStrong project management skillsPrioritize multiple activities simultaneouslyProficient PC skills (Microsoft Office), including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookLead change in an ambiguous and dynamic business environmentProven strategic and critical thinking skillsUp to 15% travel requiredCompensationPay Range:$109,000-$159,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.
