Position Summary The Regional Property Manager reports to the Director of Real Estate & Facilities and is responsible for managing and supporting real estate and property functions across a regional portfolio. This role oversees facility operations, property maintenance, financial performance, capital projects, vendor relationships, and property risk management while ensuring alignment with the mission and values of the Sisters of Mercy. Key Responsibilities Facility & Property Management Support short- and long-term real estate planning initiatives. Oversee preventative maintenance programs across a multi-site portfolio. Manage mixed-use properties, including residences, schools, retirement, retreat, and vacation facilities. Review and evaluate leases, contracts, and service agreements. Manage vendors, contractors, RFPs, and project quotes. Conduct property inspections and recommend maintenance and capital improvements. Respond to property emergencies and provide operational support. Travel regularly within the assigned region. Financial & Risk Management Support annual operating and capital budget development. Monitor budgets, review variances, and ensure financial accountability. Approve and code invoices, maintain contract files, and process documentation in Blackbaud. Manage certificates of insurance and support property claims administration. Participate in safety committees and implement emergency preparedness initiatives. Project Management Lead capital and operational projects from planning through completion. Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and status reports. Coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor timelines, and manage change requests. Ensure successful project implementation, training, and stakeholder transition. Sustainability & Fleet Oversight Support environmental initiatives focused on energy efficiency and conservation. Coordinate staff training programs, including safety and compliance initiatives. Oversee maintenance and upkeep of hospitality vehicles and fleet assets. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 5–7 years of experience in business, property, facilities, or risk management. Technical knowledge of property maintenance in a multi-site environment. Experience with property and real estate management practices, budgeting, and capital planning. Strong project management and vendor management experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Willingness and ability to travel throughout the assigned region. Experience working with or supporting nonprofit and/or religious organizations. Why Join Us?
