A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Full-Time, On-Site, Customer Contract Analyst Admin in San Diego, CA!

This role partners closely with Contracts, Sales, Service Operations, Technical, Field Service, and Quoting teams to interpret contractual risk, propose compliant alternatives, and deliver clear, timely, customer-friendly responses that balance business protection with customer requirements.

The analyst also supports service eligibility reviews for contract renewals by validating product configurations, serials/SKUs, lifecycle status, and support eligibility across multiple solutions.

A strong focus on accuracy, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Customer Contract Analyst Admin Compensation

• The pay for this position is $25.00 – $40.00 per hour (determined at time of offer)
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Customer Contract Analyst Admin Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• The required availability for this position is Full-time, onsite role Monday–Friday
• Shift options:
• • 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Customer Contract Analyst Admin Responsibilities

• Review and respond to customer contract redlines (service terms, SLAs, warranties, support obligations)
• Interpret contract risk and propose compliant, operationally feasible alternatives
• Maintain a repository of redline responses aligned with company policy and regulatory standards
• Evaluate product eligibility for service contract renewals
• Validate serial numbers, SKUs, configurations, and product lifecycle status
• Identify gaps such as:
• • End-of-support equipment
  • Third-party devices
  • Non-standard configurations
• Recommend remediation options (e.g., upgrades, substitutions, time & materials, or support exceptions)
• Provide final structured outputs for accurate quoting, entitlement setup, and service execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution

Daily Activities

• Review email and Salesforce cases for assigned tasks
• Work through contract redlines and renewal eligibility reviews
• Support ongoing projects assigned by leadership
• Update tracking systems and documentation as needed

Customer Contract Analyst Admin Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (required)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial contracting or related service/support role
• Strong proficiency in:
