About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Enterprise Quality & Automation to take on a pivotal role in defining and owning the quality experience across its various client and operational touchpoints. This leadership position is not limited to a single team but is a cross-functional mandate that spans product, technology, operations, and vendor relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and maintaining quality standards, governance, and release-readiness criteria, with a strong focus on AI and automation as central to the quality strategy. The role demands a leader who can drive quality outcomes through partnership and governance, rather than direct ownership, and who is adept at managing vendor and offshore delivery models. The VP will also be instrumental in shaping the enterprise quality strategy, target operating model, and continuous improvement processes. Applicants for the Vice President role at the company should have a significant background in enterprise quality or quality assurance, with a proven track record of leading quality transformation at scale. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in applying AI/ML and automation to quality, particularly in the context of healthcare, and be comfortable operating in an ambiguous environment to define and lead change.
