What you’ll bring:

• Valid SLP licensure and eligibility to practice in Illinois
• Certification of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience with pediatric and school-aged populations preferred
• Solid understanding of IEP processes, speech/language assessments, and therapy planning
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach

Your essential duties:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, and communication skills
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with each student’s needs
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions both individually and in group formats
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers for holistic student support
• Participate in IEP meetings, reporting progress and adapting strategies as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
