Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Valid State Speech Language Pathologist certification
• Prior experience in a school-based environment strongly preferred
• Strong background in pediatric speech therapy, including SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, and teletherapy
• Knowledge of developing and managing IEPs for a diverse caseload
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Create, implement, and monitor individualized education plans for students with a variety of speech or language needs
• Assess student progress and adjust approaches to facilitate meaningful improvement
• Work collaboratively with educators, support teams, and families to promote an inclusive, supportive learning environment
• Maintain records, document progress, and participate actively in meetings regarding student success
