Job Responsibilities:
- Review signed documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Prepare and ship files to companies via FedEx overnight service
- Assist Clients with general inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Scan, upload, and maintain recorded documents in company systems
- Draft memos and professional correspondence
- Collaborate with team members while managing independent responsibilities
Requirements:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Must have strong communication/interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage workload in order to meet deadlines
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience a plus, not necessary
