• Fuze HR, is seeking an energetic Dispatcher to join our thriving team in Bentonville, AR! As a Dispatcher, you will monitor Technicians logs and available hours to ensure they can make on time their routes.

  Responsibilities:

  • Create job orders and route scheduling 
  • Dispatch Technicians
  • Ensure accurate billing
  • Serve as liaison between clients and Technicians
  • Communicate scheduling information and changes to Technicians and customers
  • Perform administrative tasks

• 
  Skills and qualifications:

  • Able to provide quality customer service
  • Good communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook etc
  • Familiar with Kauai streets and geography
  • Excellent time management
