Position Overview

We are seeking a self-motivated Service Dispatcher for our Bentonville, AR office. This role provides operational and administrative support by scheduling and dispatching service tickets to field technicians nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

· Schedule and dispatch service tickets to field technicians across nationwide job sites

· Communicate directly with technicians, project managers, and field staff to maintain project timelines

· Track certificates of insurance and manage deliverables for completed work orders

· Assist project leadership with daily operational tasks, project scheduling, and billing preparation

· Create and maintain organized project files and documentation

Required Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent (college education preferred)

· Prior dispatching or logistics support experience within electrical, low voltage, or technical services

· Strong proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and dispatching systems

· Ability to type at least 40 WPM

· Basic understanding of cabling, fiber, or network infrastructure is a plus

· Strong communication, task prioritization, and organizational skills
