Regional Operations Manager

Supply Chain, Logistics & Fulfillment Operations We are partnering with a rapidly growing organization to identify a Regional General Manager to lead a network of fulfillment and distribution operations across multiple locations. This executive leadership role will oversee site leadership teams, drive operational excellence, enhance customer satisfaction, and support the continued growth and scalability of a large logistics network. This is an opportunity for a proven multi-site operations leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a strong background in 3PL, fulfillment, distribution, or supply chain operations. Responsibilities Lead multiple fulfillment and distribution facilities across a regional network. Directly manage and develop Site Directors across several locations. Drive performance related to productivity, safety, quality, service, and customer satisfaction. Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve operational challenges and strengthen relationships. Develop leadership talent and build succession plans throughout the organization. Optimize labor planning and workforce utilization across full-time and contingent labor populations. Identify and implement process improvements to improve efficiency and scalability. Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational best practices across all locations. Travel throughout the region to provide leadership support and operational oversight. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 8+ years of progressive leadership experience within logistics, supply chain, distribution, warehouse, fulfillment, or related operations. Demonstrated success leading multi-site or multi-unit operations. Strong background within a third-party logistics (3PL) environment. Proven ability to lead leaders and develop high-performing operational teams. Experience managing customer-facing operational relationships. Strong financial acumen, labor planning, and workforce management expertise. Ability to travel extensively based on business needs. Preferred Background Experience with large‑scale 3PL, fulfillment, or distribution organizations. Background supporting high‑volume eCommerce, consumer products, retail, health and wellness, apparel, or similar industries. Exposure to warehouse automation, material handling systems, and advanced fulfillment technologies. Experience leading operations through significant growth or transformation.
