LPN Cart Nurse

About the Position Join our compassionate team at Aliceville Manor Nursing Home as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Located at 703 17th St. NW, Aliceville, this facility is dedicated to providing high-quality care and support to our residents. We are currently seeking skilled and caring LPNs to join our healthcare team. Key Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, monitor residents for any adverse reactions, and provide education on medication management and side effects. Assist with resident assessments, including collecting vital signs, monitoring symptoms, and documenting changes in condition. Provide direct nursing care, including wound care, catheter care, and assistance with activities of daily living. Collaborate with registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents. Supervise and delegate tasks to certified nursing assistants (CNAs) to ensure the delivery of safe and effective care. Document nursing assessments, care plans, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely in accordance with regulatory standards and facility policies. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, care conferences, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and outcomes.
