We are seeking a proactive Relocation Sales Coordinator to support our sales team, assist customers throughout the relocation process, and help ensure every move is handled with professionalism and efficiency.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating details, supporting sales initiatives, managing customer communication, and contributing to a positive client experience from initial inquiry through move completion.
The Impact You’ll Make
As a Relocation Sales Coordinator, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers and an essential support partner to our Sales Representatives and Operations team.
Your ability to manage communication, scheduling, documentation, and follow-through will directly impact customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and overall sales success. This position plays an important role in creating a seamless relocation experience while helping support company growth and client retention.
Key Responsibilities
Customer & Sales Coordination
Answer and manage inbound calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
Assist customers with scheduling, service questions, move updates, pricing inquiries, and documentation requirements
Coordinate appointments for estimates, networking events, and sales-related activities
Provide over-the-phone estimates for smaller relocation services when appropriate
Partner with Sales and Operations teams to confirm scheduling, services, and customer expectations
Lead Management & Client Support
Research, track, and follow up on incoming leads from multiple sources
Maintain consistent communication with prospective and existing customers throughout the sales process
Support Sales Representatives with administrative coordination, follow-up, and account management
Ensure customer records, communications, and updates are accurately documented
CRM & Administrative Support
Maintain accurate data entry within CRM systems and electronic files
Track sales activities, customer interactions, and lead progress
Assist with document preparation, service confirmations, and operational coordination
Support efficient communication between departments to ensure smooth execution
Marketing & Business Support
Assist with maintaining marketing materials and promotional inventory
Support marketing campaigns, outreach initiatives, and event coordination
Help develop and distribute sales and marketing materials
Assist in identifying networking opportunities and community events that support business growth
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional phone presence
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Customer-service mindset with strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and multiple software platforms
Experience with CRM systems and email marketing tools is a plus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
