Customer Service Agent

Job Description We are seeking a full‑time, work‑from‑home Customer Service ("CS") agent to provide live chat, email and phone support (in order of priority) to our customers for new and existing airport parking and parking/hotel package reservations. Since a majority of our reservations are from existing and reoccurring customers, the CS team is a valued and integral part of our business. We rely on our CS agents to identify and elevate product and website feedback to the management team, so we can incorporate the voice of the customer into our efforts to continually improve our products and processes. Successful candidates will join our existing CS team of four agents, all of whom have been with us for several years. Customer Service agents communicate with one another and with the Management team, based in Santa Monica, California, primarily via Skype.
