Inside Sales Rep
Our client, a leading organization in the food service industry, is seeking an Inside Sales Rep to join their team. As an Inside Sales Rep, you will be part of the Sales Support Department supporting the Field Sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: Woodridge, IL
Pay Range: $18
Shift: Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM
What's the Job?
- Provide administrative support to the sales force, including preparing quotes and completing order research
- Coordinate logistics for new customer roll-outs, openings, and product launches
- Communicate order statuses, returns, and credit issues with sales representatives and customers
- Maintain and update databases to ensure accurate and current information
- Assist in coordinating pre-packs, installations, and major sales activities from start to finish
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of administrative support experience with a focus on customer service
- Working knowledge of SAP, intermediate proficiency in Word and Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and time management abilities
