COBRA Account Manager

Managing COBRA client accounts, the full-time COBRA Account Manager will oversee implementation, onboarding, and ongoing service delivery while ensuring compliance and client satisfaction, with the flexibility to work remotely. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for COBRA customers, managing relationships and ensuring service quality Lead client onboarding and implementation activities, coordinating with internal teams for smooth transitions Monitor ongoing service delivery, ensuring compliance with COBRA regulations and addressing any issues that arise Required Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in COBRA administration Strong understanding of COBRA regulations and compliance requirements Experience in client implementations and ongoing service delivery Ability to maintain accurate documentation of client configurations and workflows Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management skills
