Nurse Residency: Float Pool Track - Cross-Unit Experience

ChristianaCare Health System is offering a Nurse Residency Program: Float Pool Track starting October 26, 2026. Interview by September 30, 2026 for an October start date. The program includes preceptor-led clinical experiences on medical, surgical and step-down units across Christiana and Wilmington Hospitals, with ACLS training and transition to independent practice.
