Clinical Pharmacist - BMT/Oncology
Location: Las Vegas, NV Employment Type: Full-Time Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist - BMT/Oncology to provide specialised pharmaceutical care for hematology, oncology, bone marrow transplant, and cellular therapy patients. This role involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to support advanced treatment regimens and deliver high-quality patient care in a specialized clinical setting. Key Responsibilities
• Provide clinical pharmacy support for BMT, oncology, and cellular therapy patients
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on treatment planning and patient management
• Assist with oncology regimens, including stem cell transplant, CAR T-cell, and BiTE therapies
• Perform therapeutic drug monitoring and patient counselings
• Develop and monitor clinical protocols, order sets, and evidence-based guidelines
• Support medication distribution, order verification, and quality improvement initiatives
• Participate in research activities, committees, and interdisciplinary meetings
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards Qualifications Required
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required
• Active Nevada Pharmacist license required
• Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) required
• PGY2 Oncology and/or Bone Marrow Transplant Pharmacy Residency preferred
• Minimum 5 years of clinical oncology pharmacy experience required
• Experience in BMT/Oncology clinic settings with collaborative practice agreements preferred Benefits
